1. Using the App

Logo Craft AI lets you generate AI-created logo images from text descriptions. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for the descriptions and content you submit.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to generate or store content that is:

• Offensive, hateful, racist, or discriminatory.
• Sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Illegal or that promotes harm to yourself or others.
• Infringing of someone else's intellectual property or privacy.

We may refuse to generate, or may remove, any content that violates these rules, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

4. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the descriptions you submit. The AI-generated logos are provided for your use subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for how you use the logos you generate.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Logos are generated by AI models and may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that any generated logo will be unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You should review generated content before use.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
